SHOP TILL YOU DROP

We spent Saturday at the Mall. I love going, especially since I wasn't able to go for so long due to my back and hip problems.
Thanks to my electric scooter I can shop with the best of them and not worry. We hit the Apple Store (Eric's favorite toy
store). We needed to get some adapter so that we can see the pictures on the computer on our T.V. in order to make an album
on the digital picture frame Matt and Bran got us for Hanukkah. We are making her wedding album and it takes time to
pick the pictures we want. It is definitely a work in progress.

Today it was time to visit Publix. We were getting pretting low on many things. I hate grocery shopping. I would love to eat
out every night. It would not be easy to stay on program and definitely way too costly. Once I get to the store I get into the
shopping and picking out healthy choices. I always enjoyed making nice complete dinners for my family.

Eric and I have been on Weight Watchers together. It is so much easier to stay on program with both of us on it. Eric has lost
about 18 pounds and I about 14. I treat it as a way of life (which it is) and not a diet. We are also loosing inches as well.

Oh, I almost forgot.. Eric is now THE PRESIDENT of our Condo. I am sure there will be no living with him now!!!! lol

Wonderful Times

Bran and Matt were down last weekend. All I can say is that it was a super, fantastiic weekend. I pulled off a surprise birthday for her on Saturday that went off
without a hitch. We did gift exchanges and everyone did well. On Sunday we did brunch with the family. After brunch we went to the mall to exchange 2 sweaters for
Bran. I got medium instead of small. My mistake. Sweaters are hard to find down here
after Christmas. We did manage to find a beautiful one in Macy's, and she isn't sure
about the one from Ann Taylor, so she took it home with her to decide.

Matt and Eric got to go to a tool store (the man's toy store). Matt got some things he
will need arou d the house now that they are home owners.

Like I said it was a great weekend. I hated to see them leave. I miss them already.

They're Coming!!!!

I cannot wait till Friday night. Bran and Matt are arriving from Chicago. We have not yet ceelebrated the holidays or Bran's
birthday. I still have the tree up and all the decorations around the house out. It will be a short visit, but I am sure a wonderful
one. We will be meeting with Bran's aunt and cousins on Sunday, plus I think there might be a few surprises in store for them.
I certainly am counting the days till they arrive.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

I hope everyone had a a wonderful time ringing in the New Year. We had dinner out and saw The Pursuit of Happiness with
Will Smith and his adorable son. It was cute and heartwarming. It is based on a true story. It is definitely worth seeing. Going
to the movies and dinner with friends is better than going to a party, drinking, and then driving home.

To my family and friends I wish all a year filled with wealth, good health and much happineess.

Happy 2007.
