Anniversary Celebration

Brandi and Matt planned the most perfect celebration. They had a duplicate of my wedding bouquet made up, brought the
toasting glasses that we used at our wedding to The Raindancer Restaurant. They had the most beautiful table waiting for
us, including champagne. This happens to be our favorite place for special occassions. They also had wedding pictures on
the table as well as a 1st anniversary ceramic plate that was made by a very special friend. It was absolutely
perfect. I could not have planned it any bettter myself. It was a perfect eveninhg.

On Saturday we all went down to my sister-in-law. She had a fund raiser for her organization. It was a lovely evening also. Good food and lots of family and people that we have not seen in some time.

Bran and Matt left early Sunday afternoon. Hope they have a safe trip home. We miss them sooo much
already. Before they left, they had 1 more surprise for us. A Wii Game System. That's right. A Wii. We have
been playing it and having a blast. Can't wait to have a Wii party.

HAPPY 30th Anniversary to Us

Oct. 15th was our 30th wedding anniversary. We celebrated for 4 days straight. The last night was the best. eric came home
from work for a few hours and we had a wonderful dinner together. the hard part was letting him go back to work.

Bran and Matt flew in yesterday to help us celebrate. It was magical. They had a wedding bouquet made up just like the one
on the day we got married. There was champagne, a fantastic dinner, and even a mini wedding cake. They thought of
everything. they even stole our toasting glasses outof my china cabinet (right under my nose) It was the best surprise ever.
Oh I forgetn to say that it was at our favorite restaurant The Rain Dancer. do we have the greatest children ever?

Shop and Fall

I am writing this as a warning to anyone who uses a 3 wheel scooter to get around. I was injured on Saturday while trying
to back up with my scooter, I don't know what happened, but next thing I knew I was thrown off the scooter and my head
met a wall. It was not a pretty site, I;m sure. I had to go to the emergency room to get staples in my head.

I am ok except for a headache, and soreback. I am very lucky. I had no idea they tip over so easily. I don't
think I'll be going to the mall any time soon. Eric and I were shopping for each other as it is our 30th anniv.
and I was looking for an outfit while he was shopping for me. I am glad that I had just finished getting
him his present at the Mac Store. Believe it or not, I was more concerned about Eric, because I know how
he gets.

I guess you can say all is well as we WILL be celebrating our 30th Anniversary when Bran and Matt come
down. I am counting the days and really am looking forward to seeing them. I miss them soooo much. I
am blessed with a wonderful daughter and son-in-law. How I hate that term. I would rather say son.
