MY FIRST RIDE

Took baby out this morning to run some errands. I wish I knew what a great ride the Toyota Camry was before
this. We took it on the highway and for a little car it sure has pep. This morning I loved driving it. It is
a dream to drive and get around town. I sure won't miss our Buick. It was way too big for me. Eric loves
it, so he can drive it all he wants. After being without a car for a few weeks, it sure feels good to have
my own wheels again.

MY NEW WHEELS

THIS IS MY NEW CAR. IT IS A TOYOTA CAMRY LS. I LOVE THE CAMRY BECAUSE IT IS SMALL ENOUGH FOR ME, YET NOT A
COMPACT. IT IS GREAT TO HAVE WHEELS AGAIN.

HOUSE HUNTING /MOVING

I fell in love this weekend. We found a house that I absolutely love. It is fully redone and upgraded. The kitchen has wood
cabinets and chrome appliances. The carpet is brand new Berber. It has a little over over 1600sq. feet. The only problem is we are not ready to move. As a matter
of fact the thought of packing, moving and unpacking makes us ill. Nobody is pushing us out of our condo.
As a matter of fact, the inside is fixed up nicely. My problem is the fact that it is apartment and my lovely
neighbor with his obnoxious kids. I deffinitely picked the community that we both like, so sometime in the
near future we will be moving.

Since packing makes us both ill, and Eric doesn't have the time or strength. we will pay the extra charges
and leave it to the movers with the white gloves. the only things they won't touch are things in the dressers
and clothes.

I will still keep looking.

MOTHER'S DAY

Hope everyone had a super Mother's Day Weekend.

I had a super weekend. Saturday Eric and I went out by ourselves to celebrate. It was just a nice relaxing and fun day. I had
my hair done, did a little shopping at Target and then had a delicious lobster dinner at The Outback.

Sunday we just hung out until it was time to head to my sister-in-law's for a family celebration. I just love
being with her and her kids. I don't want to exclude her parent's. because I love them dearly. I have known
them for over 29 years and feel like they are my family also.

I must say that my husband pulled off a great surprise. While shopping I picked out 2 beautiful candle
holders for my dining room and was thrilled that this was my Mother's Day present. Sunday morning my
sweet husband comes up with this beautiful ankel bracelet with charms . It is 2 tone gold and I absolutely
love it, but I was thrilled with the candle holders I had picked out.

I know he reads my blog, so I will say how much I love him and appreciate everything he's done and does
for me, and I don't mean presents. As he always say " I've got your back", and that is important.

Happenings In South Florida

First let me say that Eric loves his new teaching job. The fact that he leaves 6 in the
morning and doesn't return till after 12 a.m. He teaches 2 classes a day. The morning class is frm 7-1, and the evening class from 5:30 - 11;30. He only works 4 days a
week. He could come home for several hours, but we live to far and the price of gas.
We are looking for something where he would be able to come home in the afternoon.
I seem to be the only one having a hard time adjusting, especially since I am left home
carless. That is another thing on our to do list.

On a happier note, his book is supposed to come out this June. I am so excited for him.
It is something to have 1 textbook published, but a second edition!!! I am so proud of
him as is the rest of our family and friends.
